JRC concludes volunteer training on community health program.

The JRC concluded a five day volunteer training for the community health program at the first aid center in Amman. The training was funded by the Japanese government and in coordination with the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.
35 volunteers from different governorates in Jordan participated in the training. Volunteers learned about many different topics in the field of community health, including first aid, communication skills, relationship building, social mobilization, community assessment, and psychosocial support. The JRC has previously conducted a similar community health trainingthat also benefitted 35 volunteers.
